New Marketplace Post requirements

In order to keep the market place clean and improve the current system we have, we all felt some general posting requirements are needed. In the near future we will have a nice automated system in place which will require minimum offer amounts and a required amount of information about the domains, websites, or ad space being sold.

At a minimum your post must have the following info:

For Domains:

* Minimum offer
* Registrar
* Age


For websites:

1. Minimum Offer
2. Age
3. Indexed?
4. # of Pages
5. General Type (Bonus, Rakeback, News, etc)
6. Where it is hosted
7. What platform (php, html, CMS, WP, etc)


Ad Space

* Age of Site
* PR of Site
* Price of Links



Of course you still must comply with the required post minimum rules of having at least 30 posts before you can start a sales thread, and you must have a website you own in your signature.

Again, this should help all of us save time form replying or sending multiple PM's to buyers and seller. These rules will be strictly enforced and if you do not meet the information requirements, your post will be removed.

Even though I'm guilty of posting ads without this information, I think this is a good move.

Edit, actually I'm going back and forth on this one - good intentions but will definately prevent some sales from going up, where value is "unsure" and market defined.

The signature link i think is a bit excessive. I'm sure there is a lot of legit non scammers that don't care to hyperlink their website over and over again on forum posts.
