WTH: Need Some Directories Built Using DirectoryPress Or PHPLink

I have several domains I'm wanting to install a modern, seo friendly, site/article directory - I don't need any fancy graphics just a basic setup with everything working.

I already own a directory press license, I do not own a phplinkdirectory license.

I am not looking for anything extreme custom, just something decent to get these off the ground as I do not have the time. Please PM and include an example of a site you have built using one of these, plus rates.

Would like 4-8 of these done. They do need to be on different IP's, and I'm willing to use an affiliate link to setup a couple shared hosting accounts to provide an added incentive.
