WTH/Recommend a designer

Can someone point me in the direction of a designer they'd recommend please? I know there have been a few of these threads, but guys seem to appear and disappear all the time and I'm looking for someone who's fairly active at the moment.

Basically, I need a good designer to come up with a professional, clean and sharp design for a site I'm working on at the moment. If anyone can recommend someone, then I'm all ears. Alternatively, if you're a designer yourself then feel free to drop me a PM. Some kind of portfolio would be required.
