i've used this service, and others like it before i knew any better. Here's the problem. Google only indexes around four of the articles. The rest are marked as duplicate and not indexed. If the page isn't indexed, the link on it carries no value in googles eyes. Therefor, it's pointless submitting to 800 sites, when you're only going to get valid links from four. You may as well just submit to the 5 highest pr directories manually. That way you're guaranteed to get your links from the most valued directories. Now if you were to use a service that submitted different spun versions of your articles, so that many more would actually be indexed, you'd recieve far better results. As for traffic, i've never got any from articles. You should view them as easy links for seo and nothing more.
