Best option to brazilian Market

Hi everyone,

I want to start working with Bingo. My focus is the brazilian market. I already own some great .com.br domains.
I´m looking for an orientation: I´m not sure about where to start, what kind of content I should provide o catch traffic, etc. Good tips should be very useful.

The big problem is: Most of the gambling sites does not accepts brazilian credit cards (I have some experience with poker, and just a few sites does). What bingo sites do you guys think that are accepting brazilian credit cards at the moment?

Another problem is the language. The bingo softwares use to be translated to various languages?

I saw a brazilian site offering a total-portuguese-translated game. They look to be a skin, but I´m not sure if I want to by a license to be an operator. How did they make that?

On second though (to further hijack) does anyone know what countries Bingo IS popular in outside the US/CA/UK?
