Good question. The Chat is actually a Bingo sites most powerful retention tool. Players get to the know the chat host, who will bonus them if they're playing a lot or about to go bust. They also get to know other players and want to be there for the atmosphere; even if it's 'costing' them to sit in the rooms. So really if you're a Revenue Share affiliate this is very important. So many rooms hire CM (Chat Moderators) based in countries outside their player base and it never works. There's actually one large US friendly room who has all their CM's based in India. Makes no sense to me...

This is run by WhichBingo.com who really started monitoring this and players love it. So many of them are interested more in the chat (US players that is) than the bonuses. Now Free Cash offers are still king, but there is something to be said for chat hosts and player retention.
