Default What questions do you have about online bingo? (Poker/Casino Affs)

I wanted to open up a thread, possibly make it a sticky, and get some of the most common questions asked and answered about online bingo. There are some really experienced bingo affiliates who post in this section and also plenty of Poker/Casino guys who are curious about this niche. It'd be great to connect the two groups and see what comes up.

Do you have a question about online bingo? How do I make money from it? What are the commissions like? What sort of player/audience is best? What terms seem to convert the best?

Anything that's been on your mind concerning this wild world of bingo please ask.

    Great idea for a thread.

Are there any good online bingo halls that serve a US-based player base?

What's a standard CPA for bingo as compared to poker or casino?

What's the competition like for a bingo affiliate, SEO-wise?

I'd love a list of keywords, please and thanks

But honestly - beyond a bonus, what does a player search for when choosing between one site and another.

I have been a bingo affiliate for 7 years IMO there are only two programs worth promoting and that is Revenue Giants and Vista Gaming.

My site bingochicks.net has never really ranked well, in fact I gave up working on it more than a year ago and only use it for other purposes these days, however the site still gets about 10 daily unique visitors. Any poker site - or casino site with say 300 visitors a month at least bring you some real money players, but my experience with bingo is that it takes many more visitors for a conversion.

Is this just related to promoting bingo, or is this because I have picked the wrong bingo sites to promote? To be more specific, I have send hundreds of clicks to sites such as bingo.com, tombola.co.uk, sunbingo.com without any sign-ups, and I really question the integrity of these sites' affiliate programs.

To Giorgio, I think you have picked the wrong sites, I don't promote bingo.com or tombola but I agree with you about sunbingo

Other sites I promote have better conversions in terms of click to sign up than some casinos

What's the average value of a UK bingo player? What's the conversion rate from signups> depositors. I also heard that bingo players have high term value becasue once they sign up to a bingo site they usually stay there forever.

Is there a difference between UK and US bingo revenue figures? What's the average deposit size?

they save the average UK bingo player is worth £200 per year. Back in the day the player value use to be much higher, but as there are so many bingo rooms out there now the player value has dropped.

I would imagine a good US players value is higher than the uk due to the lack of choice, but gregs knows the US bingo market better than me. no
