Does anyone know someone from GinaBingo (PLEX Gaming) for a COMPLAINT!

GinaBingo is refusing to pay a client (or at least are making her wait an excessive amount of time). She has contacted the customer service every day and been told it is being "passed on to accounts dept" every time.

She is getting no response from accounts, and she is now owed quite a large amount of money (for her).

Are Ginabingo a cowboy outfit?

Thanks Greg i'll try emailing them.
Ginabingo are ignoring all emails and messages and has banned the client from their char facility. And all because she wants to know why she hasn't been paid!

The owner has emailed a copy of proof of (24 hour) bank payment, but the 24 hours is over and its still not arrived. Hopefully tomrrow....
