Some good tips here. I had to chuckle a bit about the phone support option though. "OK, move your mouse over to the link to the poker room. Left click....yes, you're doing it right!"

Yeah I expect nothing less from you my man lol - Thankfully my wife keeps me in check in regards to making sure we spend good time with our kids and of course with her. But past that I sorta had tunnel vision.

I've been able to set myself a better schedule and so far stick to it, the most part.

Ah Randy... You had to learn the hard way didn't you? Haha!

Always put family first before work. And yes, you are part of the family :)

Also, we're all getting older, not younger. It's just a matter of time before you balls dangle down to your knees and you experience the joys of colonoscopy buddy! It would be a shame that you miss out on it if you work yourslef to death.

Yes, I have a strange sense of humor as you know.

Thanks guys, I guess I'm old now so I'm taking a one a day vitamin and I've been doing a short workout in the morning and a short one at night. The big thing for me is going to bed when I know I have to get up early lol

I'm going to make getting healthy a part of my marketing ocd, so I can do both things at once haha!

For me it starts next week, I'm documenting it as well. Good luck to you too!

Thanks awesome Kevin, thanks so much and no rush dude. It will help now or a month from now.

Living and working the affiliate world makes us all a little weird about money. It's nothing for most of us to make 5-6 figure investment, or get a big payment randomly. We are lucky! Most people I know live paycheck to paycheck and an extra few hundred buck or w/e means a LOT to them.

So far we have raised $700+ dollar which will make a huge difference! So any little bit helps and is appreciated!

    You guys all rock!

It's really great to see stuff like this from PAL.

(Randy I am still waiting on the payment for the link sale I made, but I will have at least $50 coming your way once I get it!)

My advice is to get a life - no I'm not being a jerk. If you get a life outside of work, something that gives you a reason to work for.

Join an exclusive yacht club or something. A hobby or anyhting that will make you put the hard yards in. Go become a serial property investor.

Invest so much money that you get your sense of urgency back.

Work to have a better life, not to accumulate material things.

I wonder if this made any sense whatsoever...ha

Thank man, and I think you are right. When you know money is coming in things seems less important, so yeah spot on. I'm liking our new exercise routine and our new equipment a lot, and I've been feeling much better since we started.

I'm also taking the wife for a fun filled weekend at Tunica this weekend, and I have a goal of limiting myself to no more than 2 hours of checking emails and dealing with any major issues this weekend. We are rolling out some new RU stuff over the next few weeks, so it will be a busy time form then on out.

Also, as far as a success story, I think I have a long ways to go before I have a good story. I have a feeling it could come crashing down any day now hehe.

I think this is a problem every internet marketer faces at one point or another. It's easy to find the motivation and work 16 hour days when you are just getting started... but after you create a few successful sites and the money starts coming in, its easy to get lazy because you are working from the comfort of your own home and there is not as much urgency to create a successful site.

I think exercise definitely helps, even if its just taking the dog for a walk. It's good to get away from the computer, so you become more productive when you are online. It's good to hear about a success story... all the best for the rest of 2010.
