This might get a bit to personal but my dad was a workaholic - mind you he was a chef for a resort and put in a lot of hours but he always did it because he wanted better - a better house, better car, better whatever. He died at the age of 44 unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm. Through my late teens to the day he passed I spent quite a bit of time with him but I have very few memories from my childhood. Anyway reason I am posting this is you will always have something to do. - don't push yourself so hard that you give up other things just to try and finish a list that never ends.

    Hope that makes sense

Yeah both great points guys. I took a lot of last week off and we went out of town this weekend for some family time. I am feeling much better and I'm just letting things "flow" now. I just cannot get everything done in a day I want too, but as you said MPC that's ok.

For the past few years I've felt a sense of urgency. I felt like anytime I wasn't making progress I was getting behind. If I didn't have pages up then they would take that much longer to age and rank well. If I wasn't jumping on some hot keywords, then I was being lazy.

I think I'm to a point now with steady income that I can be "steady" and get more done. SO that's my new goals.

Its funny, I remember when I got married years ago and I had my first child, we were soooo poor we literally could not afford a 2 liter of coke and out future wasn't very bright. But back then when we did get a 2 liter of coke we appreciated the hell out of it. I've been missing that appreciation in my life to some degree, so now I'm getting back to those more positive aspects of our lives.

    Anyway, I'm rambling again

"I'm not sure if I honestly though I could keep up the manic pace I've set for myself"

You probably don't need to. There's nothing worse then streching yourself too thin because then you don't accomplish anything, and that's bad for motivation. You want to see results, so focus your time on priority projects. Go for the low hanging fruits if you want to be motivated by results.

Remember WHY you're doing this. You have a large family. Family always comes first in my book. You're doing this for them. Of course, no matter what you do, you have to love doing it. It's not just about money and results, it's also about your personal satisfaction.

Dont put so many hours in. A bit cliche yes but honestly how many hours a day are you on the internet? and of out of those hours how many are spent actually doing work vs reading, or surfing?

If your not working logg off - sleep or do something else or if you find your wasting time log off and sleep or do something else. It makes a world of difference

Oh yeah I use woopra - I am seeing a nice traffic spike to AG, PokerSEO, and the twilight site. I cannot take all the credit for this either, Greg is awesome and I just can't explain how freaking lucky I am.

Hey, are there a deadline for the contest?

I may have a nice little tip to share, but it will take me a couple of days to figure out if it actually works, and I would like to know if I'm in a hurry :-)

Thanks bud, they seem to work well for me. Of course there are a lot of ways to do things, but building a personal relationship with your AM's is essential long term.

Thanks guys, again I cannot take credit for everything on any of my sites, it really great to have friends that want to contribute! hint hint Mr. Ray

Also, I think the people that I worked with on several articles want to remain incognito, but trust me when I say we have some awesome people around us that just don't like to be in the spotlight!

Nice work on those articles, Ridge. I was afraid that in the winning keywords article you were going to tell people to focus on keyword phrases that convert, but explaining how to convert people for low conversion keyword phrases was a lot more helpful.

Second one about keywords is great, can look obvious but it take long for me to know this is a top 5 rule.
