I get these legal updates from I Rose Nelson periodically and today's I felt like I needed to share with everyone. I think it's interesting that Nelson says this case might not leave a legal precedent. I'm still going through this all in my head but my takeaway is that that state courts dont really understand this (pertaining to the UIGEA) and it's easier to pass off to the jurisdiction being questioned - here Gibraltar.
