While the economy in the U.S. is in a free fall and people are losing thousands of jobs every day, it absolutely amazes me how much of a big deal the media is making out of Michael Phelps smoking pot.

I'm old and married with kids now days, so I do not personally partake in smoking pot very often. But should the fact that a college aged kid was drunk at a college party and took a bong rip really be an international news story????

There is a very interesting thread running about the topic of bonus codes and events that have transpired with a certain operator recently. Anytime you bring together the top competitors in any industry, there is bound to be debate. This has been going on since the days of PartyRiches. Personally I am just happy that the members here at PAL conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.

To throw my 2 cents in, I don't believe there is really ever a justifiable time ...

Over the past several years that I have been working as a poker affiliate, I have truly tried to get on a normal schedule. In the old days it was fine to joke about "poker hours", but years later, I am believer that this is a real phenomena, and unfortunately poker affiliates just naturally fall into these hours.

I started thinking about this today after going to bed last night at 3:00 AM and getting up at 8:00 AM. There are not many other industries that at 2:00 AM in the morning ...

I got this in an email the other day in regards to wealth redistribution. It makes sense.
