Struggling To Keep My Eye On The Prize

As many may well now I try to blog here mostly to keep myself in check, and today I figured it's time to slap myself in the face and keep my eye on my immediate goals.
I am the first to admit that a. I don't have a background in this business, definately learning as I go and b. I've never been much of an organized person to begin with, I've also struggled with ADD my whole life.
I'm definately an idea man, I have lots of those. I also have a knack for finding domains, and that's just become a monthly expense nowadays since I can't keep from buying up domains I see available.
Recently I decided it would be best to unload a lot of my portfolio in order to force me to focus on any of the dozen or so high potential projects I have, but really what I know I need to do is focus on only ONE until it gets where I want it to be.
I'm also slightly jealous of Kaus who manages juggling a lot of work, family, admin duties at PAL, and still has an intense focus on her website about Online Slots. If you haven't seen that site it kicks ass, and over the last months I've watched it grow in an orderly fashion.
Does anyone have any tips for how to FOCUS on one site or certain immediate goals?
I know it's my weakest link, along with my lack of technical understanding. We all have so many grand ideas and big dreams, but in the end that's not how we make the kind of money we want to. I think the wise man that is Randy Ray told me "the man who chases too many rabbit holes finds none" or something to that effect, we could all learn from it.
In the month of October, I intend to pound on one site of mine. I'm blogging here so that hopefully someone will kick me in the ass if I fail. Also, even though I'm focusing on another site for awhile, I got a new domain recently I'm slightly excited about. It's not a huge exact match, but a nice three word combo and an old, aged, .com - so I'll make it a website about Online Poker Bonuses when I meet some more immediate goals.
