Good luck at the event man, I never realized there was a "poker nations" cup already run by Party Poker - you should sue them for trademark infringement haha.

My final recap from the tournament is already up on the YouTube channel. I had built my stack to over 10K from the starting 6K.

Got all the chips in on the turn in a massive 14k+ pot at the 100/200 level when I had the nuts and another guy had the idiot end of the straight plus a flush draw.

I was 82% to win, him 18%, but he hit the flush and broke me down to 3K in chips, and then busted me a few rounds later when he picked up Aces against my late position stand with KQ.

It sucked to go out, when winning that pot sends that kid to the rail and gives me a dominating stack to punish my table with (and make a run for the 100 grand first place prize)

But I took it in stride, and managed to network nicely with poker enthusiasts at the event, get the word out about the PN project launching later this summer. So it wasn't a total loss (although that 100K sure would've hit the spot!)

Hey - this is pretty cool.

Love that you use videos for it.

Thanks UW! I had a lot of fun playing around with the movie maker thing. I actually have that on my desktop too and didn't know it, doh!

Was cool to throw in transition effects and all that, and then Youtube has a built in feature to put in the speech bubbles.
