I reckon n its just my opinion! I am no expert : ), I see treads here all the time selling a .com .net .org or whatever.. Sites domains the lot!

As an example I will use .org sites

What I do is check to see if there is a.net/.com already on that domain.. A lot you will find have landing pages that’s them ppc pros at work.

I would happily buy one that has a landing page because my content should out pass it out but the site ones I would stay clear of because you already have a site or to two compete with. IMO exact matches are great but look for someone else doing the same.
