Holy crap online bingo is boring as hell.

Doing research for a site looking at bingo bonuses I decided to actually play a little bit of online bingo. I admit I only used the free house money from CyberBingo (thanks greg!) but I think I certainly lost brain cells listening to the peppy speaking female call out bingo numbers while my cards raced to the top of my 'almost a winner list' only to be beating by the last few numbers from rknuppel2238 time and time and time again. That dude has some skills.

seriously is this how exciting the bingo games are? I guess I need to experience some games with enthralling chat or something but I just don't get what would keep people playing month after month as i've heard is the case...

lol come on all those old ladies chat it up a storm when the caller comes up with a contest or something...

anyway I gave ya a link because you actually took the time to play the game lol...even if you weren't overly amused by it. Just think about all the people who play bingo on facebook just for fun. At least you were trying to win some money..imagine those who do it just because..........

I did the same thing a while back. I was bored one night so I gave it a try. I actually played for quite a while off of a $20 deposit. I didn't even care too much about getting bingos. I wanted to hit those jackpot patterns. I would guess thats where a lot of the excitement comes from. I was playing in the small stakes games though but I would imagine getting a bingo on the higher level games would be exciting. GL with your new bingo site though!

jackpot patterns you say? Well, theres some content for the site that i need to research some more because I didn't even realize that was the case or a possibility.

and haha yeah i hear you Kaus... i do actually believe online bingo is going to be big over here in the states in the next 10 to 12 months or so... possibly. Depends some on legislation / regulation but i think it has potential. It's huge in the UK already and what is popular there typically becomes popular over here later (except poor dental hygiene, rimshot!). Anyway, if it does I hope to be positioned to be a bingo bonus whore when the time comes. And ty for the link!

Pretty hilarious to think about Jason playing 'blackout' bingo at night. I have to give him some credit though; he's checking out the games from a players perspective and coming up with new content ideas in the process. What better way to know what these guys are interested in than taking part in the chat with real depositing players!

The $20 free deal is a great way to check out the games. Honestly, if you're not really into playing bingo (which i am guessing most people here aren't) then you can save your $20 for something much more important - like a Pokerstars qualifier you have no chance of winning lol.

Re: The future of Bingo in the US. I feel without a doubt it's going to double in market size in 2010. There are several game show companies incorporating it into their broadcast schedules (insane right) and we all know what that media exposure did for poker. Hit me up for some ideas or if you want to talk about bingo some more
