    I just noticed this thread.

I agree with John's and sipka's recommendation to check the T&Cs and maybe read some of the posts at the forums at Affiliate Guard Dog before you sign up. You should definitely stay away from groups that have predatory terms, such as Affiliate Club.

I'm also leery of Best Casino Partner (recommended earlier in this thread). Last year, they forced some nasty retroactive terms on their affiliates -- "Send X depositing players per month, or we'll lower your commission rate to 10%." Funny how they base your commission rate on how well they convert your traffic. Not cool. And it was retroactive, meaning that if you had built up a huge player base, and if you decided to promote some different casinos for a while (or if you lost positions in the serps), they would basically steal your commissions since you weren't delivering new depositing players. Complete bullshit, IMO.

Anyway, after a lot of complaining from affiliates, BCP finally made the change "not retroactive," which was good for current affiliates (if you ignored the fact that they tried to steal your commissions), but even so -- as a new affiliate, why promote a place offering a potential long-term rate of 10% when you could earn a lifetime 40% somewhere else such as Mainstreet Affiliates?

After 8 months, BCP finally got rid of the goofy 10% rate, I assume because they weren't getting any new affiliates...

At AGD, Best Casino Partner will have a "warning" for at least 8 months, because that is the length of time they had the predatory T&Cs in place. Personally, I will wait at least a year before I consider working with them again. Golden Casino (one of their brands) is rogued at Casinomeister, and their newest casino, GoCasino, has some rather unusual and unfriendly T&Cs for players.

Moving on from talking about BCP..... Here are some programs I like:

    U.S. players accepted
    C-Planet (RTG)
    Casino Coins (Vegas Technology)
    CWC Affiliates (RTG)
    Mainstreet (RTG)
    400 Affiliates (Rival)
    Sloto'Cash (Rival)

    No U.S. players
    Red Returns (Microgaming)
    Rewards Affiliates (Microgaming)
    Brightshare (Microgaming)
    WagerShare (Microgaming)
    Fortune Affiliates (Microgaming)
    Hollywood Affiliates (Playtech)
    Virgin Games (WagerWorks)

Check us out, we good by AGD standards, and we take usa players, and have live casino games in addition, 24x7. I'm new to this forum, but my toll free goes to my cell phoenix after hours, and i have live chat in my signature in addition. google our parent company betphoenix.com, around for over 4 years...

Now, off my shamless plug and let me tell you i was an affiliate for over 8 years in casino and sportsbook. I have never been active on forums, cause of the time it took, and i didn't want to share how I made my money. Now I am on the other side of the fence, so I think I will have a good feel for what you need. That being said, I never put all my eggs in one basket. Sounds funny, as of course I want all the business I can get, but I never had only one program. I had a my"featured" one, who I worked with for a long time, and I know I was their number 1 guy, but do your research here, and a few other forums, see what the general consesus is, and good luck to you !

I see some great advice here. For beginners I recommend starting with the tried and true programs like Casino Rewards and Brightshare. For US facing, Rivals have stepped in where Microgaming left off. RTG's are also a staple.

Right now I'm facing a dilemma with an RTG that carries over negitives. I had made an exception and used them because they are a good program and did well. Of course it's only a matter of time before that neg carryover came back to bite me. I have a huge chargeback and am negitive 11k. If it was a win I wouldn't worry so much but since it is a chargeback I doubt I will see that player again. So now I have to decide if I want to keep them up or move them or just leave them alone and hope I recover quickly.

Club World and Inetbet both carry over negitives.

The three Affiliate Programs I am starting out with so far are:

    C-Planet
    400-Affiliates
    Reward Affiliates

So I will just be trying some of the rooms associated with each program.
