    My answer:

    Hi,
misunderstanding? how can that be a misunderstanding? I was told there are no bonus codes, and now I find out that some affiliates have them and some don't:
You are not talking to some 20+ guy that believes all the BS that is being fed to him over the net. I am over 50, and perfectly able to make decisions based on what I see. You make a business proposal to me based on false facts, I promote you and then I find out that when I asked to have bonus codes, you deceived me. With a bonus code, I could have had a dozen conversions in just four weeks, but due to misinformation on your part - zero. Some of your prime affs. are now making money off players that I brought in. And as to your explanations, follow that post on CAL, and you will find that other affiliates agree with me. I am quite sure that you do not like being analyzed in public forums at all, but it is my privilege to make that public.
I will take all your products off my sites. You want me to promote you, you can buy ad space on my site. But do not insult my intelligence trying to explain your business practices by trying to bullshit me. I am a person of principles, and you can only take me for a ride once.

    Regards
    Juergen
What a great reply Catfish Thanks for sharing the issue here. I would neither promote them with that kind of treatment and especially when they are set up so that other affiliates can take your players with their bonuscode. I really cannot see any good reason that justifies why only the top affiliates should be able to use bonuscodes.

FYI Europartners gives the same bullshit line. I have spoken to 3 different AM's, and all of them claim they don't do bonus codes. A quick search on any of their casinos shows that many affiliates have them, and their signup forms still have them also.

I won't promote any program that has an unfair system, in fact - let's rogue them collectively at PAL until a representive comes here and informs that the system will change to level the playing field.

Giving bonus codes only to performers is just stupid, the way they outperform me is by stealing my players at the last second bonus code search as they are filling out the form.

I call on Europartners to change this, or none of us promote them (and in fact blacklist them) and we should treat EVERY program the same exact way.....

    Demand fair treatment.

I coulnd't agree with you more, MJ. I have just sent an email to my AM at Europartners to ask for clarification, quoting this thread. I especially have a problem with the fact that nobody tells you about it. If I had known that earlier, I could have at least done something about it, like a line on my page "use the link, but do not enter a bonus code" or something similar. And with Europartners, it is kind of special since they go out of their way so you put their product on they top of your list, but with this bonus code issue, what good does it to me?
Anyway, if they do not put this right, I will remove them from my pages. I suggest that others do likewise - losing a dozen or more affiliates should waken them up

There is a *_big_* misunderstanding about this issue and I would like to explain you the situation by phone.
Many affiliates are watching this thread and would like to know what the misunderstanding is. Rather than explaining by phone, I hope that a rep could come here to explain for everyone.

The AM may have tried to reach me by phone, I had some unidentified incoming calls. But after that, they have not communicated with me at all. I have removed all their products from all my sites now. I'd say the situation is pretty obvious. If there was a valid explanation, they would have given it by now.

    Update:
The test account I created with Eurogrand (CPays) does not show in my stats after I used a bonus code I took from one of those other sites who still have them. So obviously the bonus codes do override cookies, and any affiliate promoting Eurogrand without a bonus code doesnt stand a chance to get players he sends. I dont care what the AM says about me not losing any traffic, common sense tells me otherwise.

After that, I checked "Europa Casino Bonus Code" on Google, and found 5 bonus codes on the first two pages. I then sent an email to Europartners asking to clarify. My AM called me today and told me this:
"A) there are no bonus codes
    B) some old top affiliates may still have bonus codes for offline use (contradiction to statement A, and well I could some bonus codes for "offline use" too...)
    C) You are not losing any players because of this, our top affiliates send hundreds of players to us without bonus codes (do I have to believe that?)
    D) Instead of wasting my time posting at forums, I should put more work into my websites, and then I'd see some conversions (well that might be the case, but only if he allows me to look at the top affiliates stats instead of my own)"

I guess you guys can see the logic in the argumentation ). But what really pisses me off is the pathetic attempt at keeping me from posting about this problem in any forum. I guess he would rather everyone goes on promoting any program without questioning it and have blind faith in whatever the AM tells them.

Btw, I have now created a test account at Europa Casino (my tracker / third-party bonus code), and I will see whether I'll have a signup tomorrow.

It is a sad truth, this is a cut-throat business where a good percentage of players lie to you, try to cheat you, and the on top of it all still expect you to trust you. Very disappointing.

Test accounts are the way to go IMO. Let us know how Europa goes.

Bonus codes should never override cookies!

There have been plenty posted on forums about EP. That is how we can warn each other. TY catfish.

Thanks Catfish, now I know not to EVER promote them until they change things.

In fact, I'd say if they want to acknowledge this forum post over phone calls but not respond here or try to work a reasonable solution out I say we blacklist them.

Hundreds of pages warning NOT to play there might get there attention eh?

So I checked my stats today, and I can actually see one signup from yesterday. So it seems that those remaining bonus codes out there do not override cookies at Europa Casino. That still leaves the questions why my AM wasn't sure whether they do or not, and why I wasn't told about the situation when I asked for a bonus code.
With Titan Poker, where you can get bonus codes, they do override cookies. I checked that already.
Plus, it would be great if someone else could go and double-check that by creating another Europa Casino test account. Use my link from Beste Online Casinos Vergleich Test Beste Casino Bonus Codes if you want.
