Ladbrokes do but i think you have to ask for "across the board earnings" William hill also did but unsure now since the change to ipoker and playtech, of the top of my head BetFred is another.

I agree that everyone should offer this and i know i will have missed out for around 3 years with Ladbrokes, i promoted poker only but 1 account does all for the players yet i didn't earn from casino, sports or bingo if my poker players used these.
