Alright, I've bitten my tongue on this long enough. Gamblingwages is complete bullshit. I started promoting them about a year and a half ago because of their good commission structure.

Long story short, their commission structure wasn't working internally so it always calculated at the lowest rate per month.

So this basically always left me with a deficit of 10% every month. They assured me I would get paid the proper amount. At this time they were paying dinky amounts of $1500 to $3000 every couple weeks. A fucking accounting nightmare when you're making more than they can send out, and they're not paying the correct amount.

Finally I just quit promoting them because I knew we'd never get caught up on payments and was sick of getting and having to manually record all the fedex tracking codes every time.

To this date and time they are now holding my earnings hostage because I refuse to promote. They claim they have paid in full but are too blind to do a simple calculation that shows I'm owed 10% over the year and a half. They did come good on a large portion of it but there is still a large amount outstanding.

I've talked to Steve and Robert repetedly over the past months and I get the same shit. "We've paid you in full you need to promote us so accounting doesn't get on us for paying you more than owed." This is obviously bullshit because with one calculation I prove them wrong EVERYTIME and it's like they have fuckin earmuffs on.

On top of that they had the balls to ask me how much more revenue I could send them and they would think about paying me.

Robert or Steve, please feel free to respond here. I'm sure you won't because you know you're both fucking me over (because I have all records to back it up) and I hope nobody works with your programs that DON'T CONVERT.

all I can say Roger is that blows man... when 3k is a dinky payment compared to what they owe then man you have every right to be pissed. thanks for the heads up.

I would take this to Corfman and Jtodd, let him put it on video and apply some pressure and get them to respond to your numbers. I'm sure you have saved all emails and such from them, so you have evidence that they are trying to strong arm you.

i know not all are like this but a significant number are

It annoys the hell out of me that affiliates continually have to jump through hoops to get paid

It really is simple, we do the work pay us, end of

Don't forget folks, usually the players have to jump through hoops dealing with these rogue program as well.

I like money and all, but I intend to stay an honest business and refer players to where they won't have issues collecting winnings.....same goes with my earnings.

Thanks Mojo, much appreciated. Im sure they won't respond because there is no possible excuse they can come up with to explain not paying. I have proved several times over exactly how much they owe. Also, I've taken your advice and posted over at APCW with J. Todd. I approximate the current outstanding payment to be somewhere between $10,000-$20,000 by now.

No response as of yet Roger. Hopefully APCW can get their ear and we can keep being the squeaky wheel. Resolutions with this program move slowly but eventually you should start seeing payments. Don't give up.

Hey Mojo. I appreciate it. He's been "working" directly with me ever since he started. Accounting thinks they paid me, despite the fact I can prove they haven't. I'm not sure why Steve doesn't just say "hey Accounting, look at the numbers, now pay!"
