Search bar in SERPS for Ladbrokes

Not sure if this has always been like this but curious as to why Ladbrokes has a search bar under their name. I've seen it for amazon, youtube etc. but never for a gaming site....Wonder how they determined LB got one.

Personally I like this feature better than site links under a name query.

Could be after a certain length of time as an authority site?

Or to do with how regularly the site is updated?

Pretty sweet! I doubt I will have a site with a search bar someday, but it would be nice.

I use to have a site with the site links in the results though.

I wonder too how that is implemented.

Wow, that looks really sweet, never seen it before. Im sure i could stand having a searchbox like that listed with my sites Cannot give you a good answer to why Ladbrokes deserved it thou.

Seems like they are going to be using both though, this is probably good in the aspects of search engines attempting to give searchers the best results, but not so great for affiliates...I tend to view it as a good thing though.
