    Default Bonus Whoring Vs. Freerollers

Do you guys promoting casino's more so than poker ever run into the habitual bonus whores like we do with freerollers over on poker? Likewise is this a problem in terms of your player values on revenue share with certain sites?

I guess I never really pay attention to bonuses, but if promoting bonus terms for casinos, is this an issue?

Oh yes, there are some brutal freebie hunters. Some softwares will bonus block habitual freebie mongers. Most casinos have a maximum cashout in place or deposit required before cashing out. Players need to read t/c's as every one is different. I promote free chips. Players love them and I've gotten some high rollers from it. I myself played a $5 freebie at inetbet and the terms were that you could only cash out 10x the bonus and so naturally I hit a $3k random jackpot. I cashed out $50.

If a casino is offering a no deposit freebie I would say that out of 100 players you will get 2 or 3 depositers. It really depends on the casino. One casino I promoted recently managed to convert a much higher percentage. I was amazed (and happy).

I had an exclusive free chip coupon at one casino and of course everyone got a hold of the code similar to what happens in poker. The way to avoid this with casinos is to set it up so it will only work when downloading from my link/banner.

since most withdrew their blackjack bonuses , its not as bad, but a few years back if you were promoting bonuses, you'd get all the multi accounting bot playing whores that would decimate a good month

It can be a big issue for both affiliates and rooms and I think that is why we have seen increasing amount of requirements and rooms passing on % of the fees to affiliates.

They are nearly the same thing. Sure traffic for no deposit casino isn't as good as say high roller bonuses but eventually they do convert. I have changed my program to only offer no deposit bonuses if the site has a listing for it or focuses on that niche.

IMHO, It's really not much of an issue due to the ever-increasing bonus restrictions and wagering requirements. The way things are going, I believe bonuses are starting to hurt casinos. Here's one recent example at CasinoMeister regarding Rockbet that is disturbing.

    Rockbet= Bonus Banned
Just a For Yalls Information. Depsoited $100 at Rockbet and took the Welcome free $100 for a total of $200. Met the whopping $6000 rollover with a profit of $700, balance = $800. Thought I should wager some more since I would like to continue to play here in the future. Wagered $1000+ more and lost $300 Withdrew $500 for a net profit of $400 and now I am bonus banned. I wasnt surprised but I did let them know I would be posting this here.
(The rest can be found here: Rockbet= Bonus Banned - Casinomeister's Online Casino and Poker Forum )

    From Rockbet T&Cs:
The 100% Signup bonus has a wagering totals of 30 times the deposit and 30 times the bonus. Eligible games are Slots not including progressives, Keno and Scratchcards.
With WR that high and slots only, most will lose their entire bankroll before meeting the requirements. So why would you ever bonus ban someone who played slots only?

Plus, if you play any other game (at all) when playing with bonus money, they can (and will) void your winnings.

I'm not picking on John or Rockbet here, this is happening all over. At least the player at Rockbet received his winnings. But to bonus ban someone who played over the large 30x WR, on slots with a high house edge, and got lucky, sounds pretty silly to me.

I still feel good about promoting poker bonuses, but casino bonuses are becoming a hassle for casinos, affiliates, and especially players.

I agree. This is happening all over Rivals. Not sure who makes the bonus decisions. Is it the individual casino or Rival in general.

This has been discussed a few places lately. Players are put off and that could be why many affiliates are experiencing low payments, myself included.

With Rivals open to the usa market it could really take off with some changes to the bonus and cash out issues. Unfortunatly, it is very much a struggle right now.
