Default VIP Treatment for Player Value

Recently Tower Gaming has just come out with their new Casino Loyalty Program. After seeing the players responses to this release, I have to say their is a lot of Value for players with these type of rewards.
I know reward programs are not a new thing to our industry, heck brick and mortars have been doing it forever, but I don't see many affiliate sites out there promoting these reward programs specifically.
Deposit bonuses, reloads, special games are the norm, but actually marketing the "VIP Treatment" you will get is not too common, or am I missing those site??
For some of Tower Gaming's bigger Casino players we have a in-house "pit boss" who will personally handle all of their questions and concerns and give them the overall "VIP treatment".
I think this would be great to see on sites, it should help with conversions and definitely retention of your bigger players.
I would love to hear some affiliates feedback on these types of Loyalty programs. Pro's and Con's? have you tried to market these before? if so what were your findings?

I'm pro value as an affiliate and as a player, the best you can do is meet an affiliate halfway and not stick all the deductions to them, or be deceptive in any mgr reporting or claims.

I like the idea of VIP treatment for bigger players online. I mean Las Vegas casinos take care of their high rollers, there is no reason that online casinos shouldn't do the same thing.

Anyone had any luck promoting casino loyalty programs? I havent put much thought into it and have no idea how much this will impact the player convertion. Does big gamblers look for loyalty programs in the same matter poker players look for rakeback?
