Add Mark from Focal Click in there too. I agree with the ones mentioned on here already. John, Renee, Ben, Chris and Riyaz are all first rate.

There definitely are some great Affiliate Managers on the forums here at CAL and PAL. Some have been around a long time and others are taking it all in very quickly and building great reputations.
Some old school guys and girls who deserve some respect: Mark (FocalClick), Riyaz (BestCasinoPartners), Brandon (Aced), Shane (referback), Shenaz (Cake), Renne (Rewards Affiliates), Chris Taylor (AffiliateClub) and John (Rockbet)
Some of the new AM's are also among the best: Adrian and Justin (TowerGaming), Mitchell (PAW Network)

Renee is 'fooly seek mayte' (John you genius)
Actually John is a top bloke to work with. Only met him once in Sydney (CAP conference) but we did some bizzo and I made a lil cash with ThisIsVegas.
I must sign up with RockBet (have you thought about licensing some rock tracks to use on your home page and play off the whole Hard Rock Vegas theme?)
Another super cool cat to look out for is Ben from Linx Casino/Linx Partners/TwoLinx. As a fellow Kiwi he plied me with Heineken at the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference and we struck up a superb deal! Linx are a great brand (Microgaming)to work with, awesome back end and Ben always replies fast. My players are even raving about Ben, which is hilarious! When was the last time you heard a player telling you how cool the 'casino guy' is?!
I've also had positive experiences with Kane from Poker Affiliate World and of course, Rene from Rewards is super cool too.
I'm usually pretty happy with any aff manager that replies to my emails and pays on time!
But it's important to work on a 'relationship' with your aff manager, otherwise they are pretty much a bank teller IMHO and if you treat them like that, they will reciprocate likewise. (and I hate banks)
