So I'd say a 30% no negative deal is worth as much as 45%-50% negative carry-over ... and if you are really unlucky it could wipe you out for a longer period.

Seems I picked a real winner, as this program is 25% rev share, with negative carryover

On the bright side (feels slightly odd saying that), this player lost everything back and then some at the beginning of this month. I'm not gonna look at the stats again until the 1st of August.
