Casino That Keep Players Playing

Curious as to which casinos affiliates think have a solid retention rate. I posted in another thread about a few that Ive signed up and deposited with and have never received even one email trying to get me to deposit again.

I think something has to go to the player so they dont forget about the casino. With so many out there, I think it would be really super easy for players to lose focus and go somewhere new, regardless of whether the casino has the same games or not.

I know some casinos who send nothing at all, and some that are overbearing and way to aggressive when it comes to getting players to deposit. A middle ground would be nice. If they have live support why not have support introduce themselves and say if there is anything I can do or you need help with please dont hesitate to ask..and leave it at that. But it seems that many of them dont even bother using support unless the player reaches out to them OR they're pushing the bonuses.

I remember Titan Poker greeted me when I first started playing and I thought they were the best site ever for a few months. That kinda stuff definitely does work.

I too, seem to be getting a lot of players that lose their money and never play again.

Titan Poker was freaking awesome back in the day..ha. I loved that the support would contact you and give you entry to a tournament or whatever. I played on that site more than any other before I became an affiliate. I remember a member on a forum that I belonged to received gifts for xmas from them because of his vip status...dont know if they still do this stuff or not now. Anyway I think casinos should to and a simple email should be mandatory from the marketing department

If you have casino support, use your support system to welcome people. You dont need to force feed them to play, but make them feel like your actually concerned about them and VALUE them as a customer.

I think that casinojoy has good customer service as I usually receive emails from the same customer support person every two weeks or so. I also like Ladbrokes customer support as they tend to give random bonuses

Ladbrokes casino is great for players that don't mind downloading a software. CasinoEuro converts great for players that likes a flash site.
