I think that the best answer to this question would be an answer from our own experience. What do you like about some casino software, features, look...not an answer: "I like this or this software" but constructive answer, what do you like about it, why do you like it, compare between different software providers...
Playtech and microgaming are the best software with whom you won't find any difficulty. These both software are reliable and trustworthy and you will get to see more varieties of games.
