Is a $58.000 chargeback possible?

Hi all,
I have a problem with one of the casinos I promote.

Got a high roller that played on the last 2 months of 2009 generating a net rake of over $60.000.

Trying to receive my money was not easy as I always received the same answer "We are studing your account"

Last friday I sent a post to other affiliates forum explaining the problem and, know what?, I have received a solution 5 days later.
There was a chargeback of $58.000 so my net rake is $10.000 and I get only $2500.

What you think?
What can I do?
Does a credit card company accept chargebacks of that big amount?

AMs opinions would be apprecited also.
