French Legislation Announcement


As an affiliate in the online casino industry, you are probably well aware of the recent regulation passed by the French government regarding the legality of online gaming in France. The new legislation led several online gaming casino providers to close their doors to players residing within France. As a PartyGaming company which is in full compliance with the new regulation, AffClub will no longer be able to allow new signups from France and all existing French accounts in AffClub casinos will be closed.

As always, your AffClub Affiliate Manager is looking out for your best interest and even if your traffic was predominantly French, we will make sure that this affects you as little as possible. We urge you to transfer your activities to other markets, so please contact your Affiliate Manager to transfer your deal or create a new one that will best fit your needs. AffClub will communicate the news regarding the new law and its outcomes to all your relevant players.

FWIW my stats for any Party product that isn't Party Poker have been absolutely horrendous. I know I'm not alone in that either. Too many negative months in their sportsbooks and casinos. The average player value is peanuts, and its my opinion there about a million places better to spend your time promoting.
