Lucky Red affiliate links say "Affiliate Tracking"

Does this bother anyone else?

Any time I click on an affiliate link to Lucky Red Casino (CWC Affiliates) it takes forever to redirect and the title says "affiliate tracking" for a long time. Anyone have a good relationship with the AM over there who could suggest a change at least to the title tags?

I don't mind being upfront on my sites that I promote casinos but the link looks nasty when it redirects to a couple different sites and says "affiliate tracking." Other than that, I really like Lucky Red Casino's appearance and presentation.
