There are a few lottery aff programs. There is a chance, a guess, that some of the US allowed bingo rooms offer this. I'm talking about the bingo rooms with crappy aff backends. Can't remember their names right now, just remember them having horrible affiliate side software.

I have some lottery ideas, but as usual haven't been able to squeeze that site out of my arse yet.
