If you are planning on sending Scandinavian players I would def recommend Betway. They are very easy to deal with, they offer reasonable commission sctructures and their player values are great.

They advertise on TV with images of salmon, ice cubes, cold beer, and naked girls in the snow.
They are a nation of Vikings (except Marcus obv), and Betway is tapping into their sub-conscious pretty successfully imo.
