15% is deducted for all fees (a flat rate for chargebacks is also included in the 15%, provided that you don't bring a vast majority of players who make chargebacks). Only the 15% and withdrawals are deducted (when counting Net Revenue Share). Slotland and Win A Day Casino (brands of Slotland Affiliates) run their own software do there are no license fees deducted.

If you don't expect your players to make withdrawals, you can earn more on the Gross Revenue Share, if you're not sure, you might want to consider the Net Revenue Share instead.

That's true, Slotland focuses on slot machines. Win A Day Casino features some roulette, multi-hand keno and video poker as well.
