Yes both are open to US players.

I've also been giving Mainstreet affiliates (sub link here) more exposure lately. They have no negative carryover and their support team has been great. They ran a $50 extra CPA promotion a couple months ago and I only earned one cpa... but the AM over there reached out with me to an e-mail to tell me about the CPA and make sure I remembered to add my withdrawal method. I'm going to try to push them hard for a few months. I don't think their casinos have the greatest landing pages but I'm willing to try Sun Palace and Vegas Casino Online.

Mainstreet was heartbreakingly bad at converting for me. Affedge has been slow this month. Affactive strong but very low player value thus far.
