If you don't already - I didn't - your codes expire after one year at c-planet. Yes they expire even if you send players. When a player used my code it came up as expired and unusable. When talking to customer support the customer was directed to use "this code" instead. Did the player just get swiped from me? Probably.

The reason I found out this existed was the player emailed me. I have talked with my aff manager and they have extended my codes << like this process is even necessary.

Whats BS is that it happens even if you send players. So is this an RTG thing and you have to do that at all of the casinos? Or a C-planet specific item?

I think their codes are put in at deposit, rather than signup. In other words I don't think their codes track at all, whether or not they are generic or one that was created just for you.

The no deposit codes are on sign up, you can see in the stats when they are playing with the free money
