Hey guys,

Don't mean to hijack this thread, but have any of you used superbowl in domains ?

It seems the trademark owner of that term is super aggressive and goes after people just mentioning "Super Bowl" in commercials, like for the Godaddy commercial.

They had to take it down because they own the term "Super Bowl"

They are excessive with their trademark obv, but was wondering what the policy was for domain names.

I can only imagine it would be similar.
