The dutch market is still fairly open. My personal opinion is that the SEO knowledge of Dutch affiliates is below average. They heavily focus on lower quality links (such as directory links, or quantity instead of quality). With the right budget you will definitely be able to rank for 'Pokeren'. Buying Dutch links is easy, however trading them is generally a pain. The reason I want to sell these is that I really don't want to, but need the money. Host these domains in the Netherlands and they can compete just as good as a .nl TLD.
