I've decided to sell colognes.net.

I've posted it in the domains forum rather than in the websites forum because the price is based on the value of the domain name. The website gets minimal traffic and doesn't make much money. That's mostly because I haven't done much work on the site in terms of content or linkbuilding. If you want the content and design to go along with the domain, it's included in the sales price. The site has about 40 pages of content on it, give or take 5 pages or so.

The site receives about 100 visitors per month. That number is based on the traffic for the last 12 months.

I don't have earnings information for the site, but it couldn't be much.

The site ranks about 117 in Google for the word "colognes," and it ranks 4 in Bing. That one word search, according to the Google keyword tool, gets 1900 [exact match] searches per month. The "non exact match" volume is 90,500.

This is a good opportunity to make a run at a non-gambling niche market if you're interested. With a little work, you might be able to flip the domain and site to a perfume or cologne company for a big profit, too.
