I'm working towards a half-marathon in the beginning of September.

Other than that, since I'm still only doing this parttime for a few more months, I was thinking about planning a part-time version of 300,000 word challenge.

Have 3 projects non-related to poker that I wish to get online with my friend...

Hoping to find the one project that will bring us some money...hope it will be those ones...

Later headed back to poker to "fix" the site.

Good Luck all, no matter what your goal is.

Work on my blogs, poker community, and rakeback/poker school
Sell 3 mini sites (if my carbon one not sold, focus on ranking in the top 3 for its keyword)

    Hey, always enjoy these threads...

Aside from tons of great content in plan I kicked off my own 'opportunities' project this month. The idea is to go above and beyond the reseach / write / rank / convert treadmill... going back through all of my old sites with a view to finding some 'money left on the table' in each - hopefully doing this for 10+ sites will give a nice boost to the bottom line.

Also getting more aggressive in non-poker niches... oh and have an idea for a fun widget that will hopefully get laughs as well as conversions. We are also launching our first Slovakian Site this month, first bingo-related niche site on the way and we will hopefully complete the revamp of my dodgy German pages of a big site too!

    Personal goals:
    - 29 minutes for the Sziget run (an island in the middle of the river Danube with a running track all the way around it).
    - Buy as many of you a drink in Prague as possible...

    Cheers, Mark

It's kind of hard for me to come up with goals, now that I am meeting more and more of my goals these days, which I couldn't imagine meeting some time ago.

Anyway, let's try, 2 bullet points per category:

    Health
    • Keep going to the gym. (Have picked up going to the gym 13 weeks ago. The plan was to go 3 times a week, but I got addicted and am going an average of 5 times per week since I started!!!)
    • Drop another 4kg in weight. (Even though my body has seen exceptional growth in muscles, I managed to get 3kg down already. Need to be 4kg lighter to reach my perfect BMI.)

    Business
    • I have the option to move into an office space on September 1st, which is 100% certain that I will. So to make this a smooth transfer, I need to put money aside for the interior, including a Herman Miller Aeron. In fact, the Herman Miller is first on my list to get!
    • Since I already launched tons of sites the past few months, which are continuously bugging me (in the back of my mind) about work that I actually should do, I plan NOT to launch any more new sites (except for a couple which I already planned to launch anyway). Instead, what I will do is work on a couple of my bigger existing projects, invest some more money, and make them become (more) profitable.

    Family
    • We're going on holiday to the South of Spain again this summer. So, besides bringing a visit to, and maybe share a dinner with, some befriended AM's in Gibraltar, I forbid myself to work for two weeks. I will not bring a laptop this time. This means that prior to our holiday I should have automated my sites to auto publish articles on certain give dates, while I am not around. Simple, but just one of those things on the never ending todo list of an affiliate. Only thing I allow myself to do while being away is to check my e-mails on my iPhone one time per day.
    • Get things done inside and outside the house. All the little things that need some fixing should be fixed after the summer. I started doing this in weekends, and will continue doing so until there are no more things left. When I move to the new office, I will create a real nice playroom for the kids in my current in house office. I will definitely do something extraordinary, ideas are welcome.

    Edit:

After reading over what I just posted, I come to the conclusion that I actually have just one goal to meet. Here it is: My one and only goal is to keep moving on the same way as in the past 2 months. If I can stick to it, I will be able to meet all my goals!
    Pursuing Success

“Don't wait for extraordinary opportunities. Seize common occasions and make them great. Weak men wait for opportunities; strong men make them.”

In case you're one of those affiliates that don't make a dime, why not play some free poker on my website PokerForFree.org. I am always on the hunt for new members, and if you contact me and mention PAL, I'll be more than happy to increase your initial bankroll a bit
