Bet365 affiliate payment problem

Bet365 transfered all the affiliate payment on April to my player account today. But the withdrawal method in my player account was removed.

The same thing was happened in the last month. But I received the payment finnally.

I have sent E-mail to Simon Eaton and Danni, Waiting for them reply.

Anyone have the same problem? What should I do for better???

Take this as feedback for feedback for what its worth. In your post last time there was some concerns about the wording you used, and I totally understood the cultural and language differences and didn't see much worth fretting over, but at the same time did understand their initial reaction.

Anyways: This is my suggestion and i think it will work better for everyone, you, them, members here reading threads etc.

Each time there is a problem with Bet365, do exact as you've done "E-mail to Simon Eaton and Danni and wait for a reply". But, wait 48 hours (or 72 if a weekend) for them to resolve it before making a public post.

These guys are realy good and sure they'll take care of you, give them that chance before making a post.

Obviously your location is a major factor in the ability of programs to get your payments to you ...

However, as PokerProp says - Bet365 are a good operation - you just might have to relax a bit and work through extra payment delays.

I got an email from 365.Affiliate-SupportMailbox@bet365.com, they told me Simon Eaton resigned his job in bet365. In additional, due to the special situation, the affiliate paymemt will be delayed and they also do not know when the payment will be made.

Anyone could confirm this information?

Perhaps understandable there would be a delay. If you haven't heard anything by Saturday Morning (Hong Kong time) follow up then.
