Default Platinum Affiliates Contacted Me With Offer

    Hi all,

This afternoon i was contacted by Ran from Platinum Affiliates showing interest in a domain name that i have to do with winner poker which is based on the poker bonus that they offer.

I have done nothing with the site at the moment due to time and money not been there but basically the email was offering an attractive deal on the basis that i would be given 30% revenue that i can help them generate.

I have told Ran than due to time i have to focus elsewhere in terms of finding another full time job, i am unable to accept at the moment but he has just come back to say that he would offer customised banners too.

Would i be stupid to turn this down or should i look to offer them the domain at a price?

There is really nothing special about this offer. I get a lot of "offers" from them from time to time, and from a lot of different managers.
Maybe im wrong, but i dont really think that they are interested in buying your domain, then only interest is to get you to promote them, like any other program is interested in.
If you really want to promote that netwotk, then i would suggest that you promote the main site pacific/888 through Uffiliates. But thats just my oppinion.

Great Post, Yep I kindly respond with what other companies are offering and to counter. If there serious about wanting You to promote they will negotiate.

    Thanks Jabber,

I only ask as i bought the domain at the time that i was contacted by Hanan the affiliate manager for Winner Poker who contacted me and offer me the deal that i am on.

But with a new full time job needed, not too sure i will need the domain

Since when is 30% an attractive deal? Double it, and it would be slightly more attractive.

That is what was going to be the deal breaker all the time but the chance to offer players the chance to get 25% of their first deposit instantly into their players account.

Obviously i was going to counter the offer but at the time of this coming in, i have no chance of creating a site that would be able to rank for the terms i would want to target.
