My partner and I are looking to hire an affiliate to come work with (well, for) us. Simply put, we've run out of time between ourselves with all the projects we have going on, and in order to meet our levels of both service and quality, we need some help.
The job is a contract position to manage a large site which is ~90% complete (development & design, which we do in house). It's a poker/casino/sports/bingo site and will be approx. 2,000 pages in size at launch. There's no limit as to how the site will grow over time.
I think this is a fantastic opportunity for a newer affiliate who perhaps hasn't found the right formula for success to go at it full time, but wants to. There will be a fixed minimum salary, in addition to a percentage of the site revenue (please don't ask what the % and fixed amounts are, as they will be based on qualification). Make no mistake about it, this project is well funded and has a significant marketing budget.
The job will be full time at our offices in Richmond Hill, and you'll be working with two very successfull affiliates. There is opportunity to do more than make money, but also to learn and grow. Further to that, while we maintain a somewhat professional work environment we also have about the most relaxed workplace in Canada. (I have a full sized Golden Tee machine next to my desk - and there's usually a sporting event on the tv)
