Default Aced Affiliate Transition to PDC Affiliates

    Guys,
We have successfully migrated all aced affiliate accounts over to PDC affiliates. We are in the process of re-syncing the data and your stats will all be showing from May 1st in an hour or so.

All your trackers, links, banners are working fine and you don't need to do anything. We even bumped all your RVS % upto 40% flat, no carry overs, ring fenced earnings from side games. Keep a look out for some new landers, home page and banners in the coming weeks & months.

As for your players - we started a large reactivation campaign today, inviting all players in the room into our $500k points race happening in May. We will be going one step further tomorrow and stepping up efforts to get all your dead players back playing. We are looking to actively increase the OUTS program and take this one step further with interaction inside the poker client via accolades for players amongst other things.

I hope to have an announcement/email with instructions for withdrawing funds earned before May1st tomorrow am for you all.

Welcome all new webmasters to PDC affiliates, I'm pretty sure you will be excited what we have instore for your program and I'm certain you will be making more money than ever before with the program in the coming months.

As always Atil and I will be here to answer any questions you have and we look forward to working with you all.

All affiliates will be receiving this email momentarily.

    Dear xxxx,

As of today, your aced account has been merged into PDC affiliates. We have successfully migrated your account and links and tracked all your players across to our system. Your stats from May 1st will be appearing in your report area shortly.

You will be glad to know that you do not need to change your tracking links and that all players previously tagged to you are showing up in your reports. You will also be glad to know that as you are now part of the PDC Affiliate family - we have upped your Rev share to 40% - we hope this gives you every incentive you need to really begin pushing Aced.com as hard as you can.

In order to log into your new account you can go to Poker Affiliate Program - Carbon Poker Webmaster Program or affiliates.aced.com.

Your new username is ian_aced. Your password has been successfully migrated from the old system.

Unfortunately at this point in time we haven't managed to import all historical data but this is something we are looking to do in the near future.

I know a few of you with accounts at both PDC Affiliates and Aced Affiliates have asked whether we can consolidate your accounts. At this time unfortunately, this is not possible, however we are working on a new program that will house a few more projects we are working on that will integrate all accounts under one big roof.

There are going to be a few issues over the next few days, please bare with us while we work through them. If you have any issues please use support@pdcaffiliates.com and we will try our best to resolve your queries ASAP.

Today we began a large reactivation campaign which included inviting all Aced players into the $500k Points race for the month of May. Tomorrow we will be targeting your dead players with specific offers to come back and play. I know this hasn't been plain sailing over the last few months, but I can assure you we will try our upmost to make this transition right.

From the sounds of it - this looks to have been handled perfectly with the only issue being the misleading announcement that Aced affiliates was closing (which is no longer true right?).

Great news - good work pdc crew.

Great work PDC . One question, can the aced affiliate accounts just be merged with exiting pdc accounts so affiliates won't have two accounts ?

    From the OP:

Other than that, the transition seems smooth. I logged in to my Aced pdcaffiliates account and the stats are updating.

I'm really glad you guys were able to retain the tracking links.

    Overall, Great job so far!

    Earl,
It is something I wanted to do, but after initial consultation with the tech guys, it's something that would take a great deal of work. The order of the day was to get this thing up and live, all links, players tracked etc and get the program back on its feet ASAP. I think we did a pretty good job with that.

Moving forward in the near future we will be releasing a new affiliate super brand which will house all the projects my group is working on. We will be launching a few new product lines in the sports and casino fields as well as our growing poker stable, and we would like you all to be able to get stats, reports, data, banners under one roof. We will also be giving you guys incentives to get higher %'s by selling all of our products.

I am hoping this will be delivered within the next month so long as no more stuff like this comes along!
