First 1k Month

Started first real site in October 2009, May 2010 is my first $1,000+ month, and it is only 9 days into the month.

Sure, I have had plenty of 5k+ months between writing and poker, etc., but 1k from my site(s) is infinitely more gratifying.

Of course, now I will look for my first 5k month from my sites, then 10k, and so on and so forth. I think the first 1k month was much tougher than the subsequent milestones will be, however. A massive learning curve, no doubt, but hopefully turning a corner.

Brag post obviously, but a ton of people helped me here a lot, so I figured I would share.

congrats: keep it up and in 2 years from now I'm sure you'll be looking back thinking just how easy this was/is . It only appears hard during the initial stages and based on your appeared level of commitment and output along with the successes you already have had I'm sure you're on track for just that.
