Uffiliates cheating!

I have had in Uffiliates an account manager has the set from the beginning, my account wrong, it was a special promotion of the total bonus of the players retained from my account, this account by a defect of incompetent managers. Now I'm waiting since November 2009 on the payment of my affiliate revenue firmly pledged amounts were not paid my deals are all rev.share CPA thus no fraud or the like. The old affiliate manager is no longer in Uffiliates then reported to a new and this has now also done nothing and does not answer again. Remains to say that the biggest cheater in the Uffiliates affiliat providers, and are also still have a total incompetent affiliate team. I will now take further steps to stop this fraud. Does anyone have similar experiences?

ask for david schuler, he's the one in charge for german users. he's mostly like hell of busy but im sure u will reach him. just call him u'll find the german extension in your uffiliates account.

I think David no longer works for them anymore, well actually I know he doesnt work for 888 any more.


Their has been a lot of changes recently with 888 as a whole. Let Superiorword find someone to come on here and straighten it out

To all readers of this forum, we have communicated with Ocelot regarding his issue and have sent him our reply regarding the matter. As his accusation was of a extreme nature we have released this official response -

888’s public statement is that the above grounds are, naturally, unfounded. 888 would never “cheat” an affiliate out of commission due to him, in the event that there IS commission due. In this industry, we all know what good traffic is and what bad traffic is, and we all know when we should be rewarded for our efforts, and when we are rightfully not.

Without going into too many details as it would not be fair to the affiliate himself, no money went unpaid where it should have been. The frustrated affiliate simply sent bad, fraudulent traffic, and elected to work under a revenue share commission scheme which, in the end, earned him nothing. It’s easy to feel cheated when you don’t see the fruits of your labor, but sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn’t.

We regret the fact that the affiliate is distressed and feels as though he has been abused. 888 has no intention of harming affiliates who work hard and we believe that this affiliate did work hard. However, working on rev-share means sharing the revenue when revenue is generated, and when revenue is lost, sharing the loss.

We will continue to discuss the matter privately with the affiliate and hope that, in the end, we can come to an understanding.

I've had tracking issues at Uffiliates for several months now and have been frustrated trying to communicate about it with support. Nice to see you on the forums, can you please let us know how we can find reliable english speaking support to help setup custom campaigns and work with any tracking issues?

We have fixed all Problems that comes from any Players that makes fraud as we have an Special promotion and from an Affiliate Manager that have make an lot of Errors but he have left uffiliates and hope we can work clean from now. And at least David Schuler was my Affiliate Manager there and he was the Biggest Problem. But he left uffiliates now and we start at 0 now without the Problems that he have bring.

Pretty strong allegations and a very hard to understand post... I have worked with Uffiliates for years and have never had an issue.

MJ, most of their affiliate team is english speaking. Try talking to Dee, Miko or Nicole. They have always helped me whenever I needed anything.
