    Default Team Management tools?

    Hello colleagues!

I have searched the forum but couldn't find this information.

Do you use/know useful tools for team management?

I mean if you have a team of partners and want to control the amount of work each one is doing...

If you can help, reply here please or point me to another thread.

    Thanks!

You mean like a team of shareholders sharing work on an affiliate site that want to make sure all do their fair share of work? Or is it rather about teamwork between staff working for a company?

Are these guys sitting in one office or is everyone sitting at home?

Do you just look for controlling people or also for allowing them to co-operate in a better way?

Sorry to ask so many counter-questions first before helping

    Lutz,

It is a group of partners for a tournament league. We are shareholders, but we do all the work. I mean, lot of bosses, no employees

    It is all online work.

Depending on the project, I have found Vbulletin Project Tools to work very well. You can assign responsibilities and mark things as accomplished, etc.

    Thanks Jeremy,

What I need is something to handle simple tasks like what each one did in this week (reply to e-mails, login to MSN, twitter, website management), for example.

The idea is to know how much work everyone is doing.

    Marcelo,

Check out Basecamp. We use it at PAS.

You can set tasks, timelines, and permissions for all of your projects.

I would also suggest checking out either Wrike or basecamp. Wrike is basically task list that you can update via email and basecamp is great for project management

We were using Basecamp up until about 4 months ago, and now we use Central Desktop. I highly recommend both. If you are looking for something more simple, then Basecamp is perfect. If you want to customize your workspace and have more control, then Central Desktop dominates Basecamp.
If you need Casino Reviews, I probably have the one(s) you're looking for.
