Just got J's PAL update email about this domain auction and I'm curious...what's the point? What moron decided that iPornRoulette.com should have an opening big range of $2501-5000? What about $250,000-$500,000 for PokerLessons.com?

Someone with contact info should tell these idiots to get real with their prices or end this disaster before they embarrass themselves when nothing sells. There are actually a couple of half decent domains on there...too bad the people pricing them have no idea of their real value.

Do they really think we're this dumb?

Edit: Is this an online auction where they're actually going to start the auction at these prices, or a live auction where they'll start with retarded prices, then drop them a ton when they get no bids?

Once again it seems that people strongly overprice their domains so that they can make quick money but in all honesty all it does is make them look a fool.

Some of the listings on that list carry starting bids of what i would consider to be $9,980 too much and there are diamonds in the rough that carry no reserve?

Pfft... what is the online world coming to?
