    Default Full Tilt chargebacks

Have anyone else's Full Tilt chargebacks been increasing at a pretty healthy rate the last 6 months? Has anyone had a conversation with them regarding chargebacks? I'm particularly interested in how they handle the chargeback if they recover the money from the customer? Do they have any process for crediting you back revenue or lost CPA's? I used to rarely get chargebacks, now they are eating up a large chunk of what I make.

I know this threads pretty old but I stumbled on it in Google doing a search on chargebacks. "Just had a $4,000 chargeback at Party so I was checking around to see if anyone else was getting hit recently".

Anyway, I remembered getting a few charge backs at Full Tilt back around May so I checked the old stats. This is just for a CPA account that I use at one site but I lost one in April and May, two in June and one in July.

This all happened right after they changed the CPA requirements back in March. Not sure if it has anything to do with it but its kinda weird that I didn't see any chargebacks on my rev share account.

"increasing"...not sure about this. I actually have started to think that INIITIAL chargebacks were high; but the norm for seasoned players is not much different than any other room.

I can definitely say that FT chargebacks are more extensive than any other poker room or network. I have made formal accusations with regard to this and received no response (congrats on being the only legal entity on my "to get to" list). As I have always I stated; FT will do whatever they want to you, this a part of their t & c. As a business owner, I suggest just taking it, because the net result is more profitable than if you were to remove all ads for a specific room. I apologize to the forum as I have sworn to never mention FT t & C again in the past.

PTC, could those figures be skewed by sheer player volume? FT has so many more players than anyone but Stars, it seems they should have a larger amount of chargebacks based on that.

My full tilt account is driving me crazy. I've accepted that i won't make any money with them and I've stopped promoting them, but I can't help but keep cecking to see my affiliate account to see how they're screwing me over.

A few days ago my ppr report was $20, then it wen down to $8, now its gone up to $16 etc. I know what is happening, i signed up 2 really good players on one of my sites who were raking me $100+ commission/month each before those new charges were put in. Now that the charges are in place they take about 70% of my commission every few days so anyime it increases it then decreases again.

What i can't understand is what these fees are? I havn't signed any new players up in 2 months, so it can't be bonus charge backs.

My only reasn for bumping this thread is that bigger affiliates will take notice and actually take action. It just seems ridicilulous that no one does anything against full tilt or bwinners policy in terms of legal action. I can't really afford legal fees given my financial position, but i'm more than happy to give free links to other affiliates who group up and take a stance against these type of programs.

Perhaps it isn't affecting bigger affiliates, or at least to the point that it's an issue? I personally don't currently have any problems with the fees being charged and my players do 6 figures per month in rake at FTP.

I hear you. This is one problem i am having when i am mailing all kinds of affiliates in regards to Bewinners for example. All the big sites refuse to even respond to the emails. It shows me they are being paid off (possibly).

Any affiliates who do not reject these terms from FullShit, Bewinners, Poker Stars are seriously hurting the rest of the community IMO.

There is only so much a person can do - but of course money means more for most people..and in terms of Bewinners we cant even get a proper set of the old terms and conditions and they refuse to supply them.

As per international agreement; all entities that do business in the United States must abide by United States law . I can not speak about any pending legal litigation that concerns my company or Full Tilt Poker.

Man I was just going over stats for FT, their Admin and Player retention deductions are just incredible. Full tilt is just horrible overall. They won't even give details on what these fees actually are.

People bitch about Stars and put them in the same sentence as FT and I don't get it. If my player hit 250 FPP's at Stars, I get paid, for revshare, if they rake, I get paid. But FT, if they rake $200, I have $190 in deducts.
