Basically it's obviously a bad situation but that being said I think at this point it comes down to the two affiliates pursuing their own avenues if they want to and if not then it is what it is and is a lesson to all (which I am sure will be learned again in the future at some point).
I totally get what PokerProp is doing and it's obvious that he cares a lot about the well being of affiliates but at this point I think all that can be done has been. We know the company went bankrupt, the deals weren't handled well, etc so basically the goal was more or less achieved, to bring to light what actually happened with the company. After that, it's really just between the affiliates not paid and the involved parties.
As far as Jeremy goes, I don't think that he should be brought into this especially in the way he was unless you had irrefutable proof of what was speculated. At the end of the day, you have to realize that he is running a business like we all are and although it's horrible what happened with Aced he shouldn't be pressured into taking other sponsors down (Carbon) when it's not 100% clear that they've done anything unethical.
While I agree that it's strange that they would only pay out the small affiliate accounts and avoid the large ones, just imagine if they had let the room die with ALL players and affs getting screwed, then there really would be a huge witch hunt for Merge.
Anyways basically what I'm saying is I think it was def important to get this all out in the open so everyone could understand, but basically it's a pointless circle now and the affs should be left to deal privately with the situation.
