Quick question about playersonly/sportsbook, how are the cashout times?

Stephen can you chime in? Are payments from your sites faster than Carbon/other Merge sites?

I send some traffic to Carbon but all my players are complaining about the cashout times so I could be interested in moving my business across to you guys.

Our payouts are without issues at the moment. I actually emailed to get more exact times from CS on each of the options, but havent heard back yet, which is why I havent responded to date.

We use seperate processors to Merge (our own). Money is simply transferred in and out of the poker room.

I'll get more information later on this, but thought I'd state that I am looking into it.

OK, these are our withdrawal times for players at the moment:

Check: 1-2 Weeks
CIB - Debit Card: Same Business day
ME- Debit Card: Same Business day
NETELLER: 24-72 Hours
UMW: 24-72 Hours
MONEYBOOKER: 24-72 Hours
EcoCard: 24-72 Hours
Bank Wire: 5-7 business days
E-Check: 5-7 business days

The time is from request to customer receiving funds in hand. The debit card time is once they have the card in their possession.
